Optimization clinics are facilitated by peers and focused on challenging use cases. A short presentation is followed by questions, discussion and suggestions from participants. User supports are updated in the Physician Manual and Physician Updates.

• Connect Care offers a number of communication tools that clinicians can take advantage of when coordinating care. These include commenting, messaging, tasking and secure chat capabilities.
• This session will distinguish the different categories of communication tools, highlighting matching communication needs.
• Demonstrations include 5 types of sticky notes, different In-Basket mailings, In-Basket reminders and secure chat.
• New Connect Care communication norms will be introduced
