- The MyAHS Connect patient portal launched with Wave 1 on November 3, 2019. Although some functions (e.g. self-scheduling) are only available to requesting clinics, features like secure communications have been turned on for all clinics.
- It is important for prescribers to understand how patient messaging works, how messages can be attached to test results, and what happens when patients initiate a message to a clinician.
- We will highlight preparations that clinics need in order to use patient messaging safely.
