With so much to do before launch, it was heartening to witness sustained energy throughout a day of presentations, demonstrations and discussions. In addition to hearing from site leaders (and participating in a surprise flash mob dance!), participants had the chance to visit a variety of information booths where devices and systems were available for hands-on learning.
The day finished with a 2-hour presentation and panel discussion for clinicians, sponsored by the Edmonton Zone Medical Staff Society. This too was well attended.
